At Nekotwo Anime Merchandise, we want you to love your gear as much as your favorite series; if you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Nekotwo account or visit our Support Portal to submit a return request using your order number and email address.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your anime apparel or accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all protective sleeves and tags are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
